We work in lean manufacturing modules: a module runs one style at a time, and 150 units is what it needs to fill a production day — so 150 is our list-price minimum; runs of 100–149 carry a +35% small-batch surcharge, and below 100 we do development and samples only. Yes, always in advance. US$450 per garment if you arrive with nothing — that covers fabric coolhunting, trims sourcing, your complete tech pack and 1:1 advisory with the founder. US$200 if you bring a complete tech pack, because we still have to source and validate your materials in Colombia. Samples are US$350 per garment and include pattern making, three fit rounds and grading. Design changes US$150 per round, fabric swatch included, courier US$35 per shipment. Not on unit price at high volume, and we don't try to. We compete on what volume pricing cannot give you: a 150-unit minimum per style instead of 500-1,000 per color, swim and resort construction as a specialty rather than a side line, and one person accountable for the program. Less dead inventory, faster restocks, less capital tied up. (Rates as of August 2026, subject to change.)
We're not the right partner at that volume. We'd rather tell you now than after three weeks of sampling.
