Tulum Fashions manufactures men's swim trunks, board shorts and swim shorts in Medellín, Colombia. Elastic and fixed waistbands, drawcords, mesh liners, side and back pockets, plus matching sets, produced full package for brands in the United States and Europe.
Men's swim looks simple and is not. Waistband construction, liner choice and inseam grading are where a trunk either becomes a repeat seller or a return, and they are the details we spend development time on.
Up to 3 colors inside that minimum, sizes mix freely. Below 150 we do development and samples only.

The credit applies to the development fee only and is issued against the final production payment, never as an upfront discount. The order must be placed within 90 days of sample approval. Samples, design-change rounds and shipping are never credited. Below 500 units per style the fee is not refundable: treat it as the cost of building the style, not as a deposit.

Yes. Send the artwork or the reference and we quote it as part of development. Print, placement and repeat are specified in the tech pack, and colour is signed off against a physical strike off before production.
Yes, and many clients do exactly that. Running the men's trunk and the women's bikini in the same house keeps print, colour and delivery aligned across the drop instead of chasing two factories.

Recycled and standard polyester swim fabrics sourced in Colombia, chosen by weight, stretch and recovery against your reference. We match by construction, weight and fiber content and send swatches before production. The swatch is included in the development fee, courier is US$35.
No. That claim is common in the industry and it is wrong. As of August 2026 Colombian apparel enters the United States at 12.5% with a valid certificate of origin. The advantage is real but it is a comparison, not an exemption: effective duties on Chinese apparel run 36 to 52%.
Yes, provided the brand can commit to 150 units per style and pay for development. Development is paid work: US$800 per style from scratch (US$450 development + US$350 sample), US$550 if you bring your own tech pack. We do not absorb development cost in exchange for a future order.
