What is the representation program?
It is a service: Tulum Fashions USA LLC presents your line to US wholesale buyers, hosts the appointments in the Tulum showroom at the California Market Center, writes the orders and reports to you every month.

Los Angeles · Representation program
We sell your line to US buyers. You keep your brand.
Most Colombian brands do not miss the US market for lack of product. They miss it for lack of someone in the room. Our representation program puts a Tulum sales team in Los Angeles, in front of wholesale buyers, speaking for your line.
The program is operated by Tulum Fashions USA LLC. We present your collection inside our showroom at the California Market Center, host every buyer appointment, write the orders and report back every month.

We present your line to qualified wholesale buyers and speak for the brand in the room. This is the core of the program.
Your line is shown inside the Tulum showroom at the California Market Center, in a curated selection, under Tulum’s care.
Buyers visit by appointment, including during Los Angeles market weeks. A Tulum host walks each visitor through the whole showroom, so no line is skipped.
We receive, keep, handle and return your samples. Your line stays on consignment (memo): Tulum does not buy it.
We produce the line sheet and the digital catalog that buyers take with them.
We write the orders and follow each one through shipment and invoicing.
Who came, what they looked at, what they said and what was quoted. You always know what happened in the room.
If a style sells and you want to produce it, our Medellín factory is available to you.

The honest version
You pay a monthly representation fee, plus a commission on orders shipped and invoiced. We do not publish the numbers, because they depend on the size of your line. You will have them in writing, and in plain language, after we review your application.
We favor lines that can ship in-stock styles by air, or consign a block of inventory to the showroom, because buyers order for now as well as for next season.
We commit to presenting your line and reporting on it. No showroom can honestly promise orders, and we will not.
Your name, your prices, your label. Tulum represents you; it does not resell you under another name.
The clock on payment starts at shipment, not at the order. We walk you through order, shipment, invoice and payment first, and how brands finance the gap.
Tell us about the brand and the line. It takes about five minutes.
Line sheet, price positioning and your ability to ship. We reply personally.
We share the program and its terms privately. The agreement is signed with Tulum Fashions USA LLC.
Samples reach the showroom, we build the line sheet and schedule the first appointments.
Buyers visit, we write the orders, and you receive the monthly report.

No. Your line is shown inside the Tulum showroom, in a display location Tulum assigns and can adjust, and every visitor is hosted by our team. What you receive is representation, not premises.

You do. Samples and stock in the showroom are on consignment (memo). Tulum does not buy them, and they come back to you when the program ends.

No. The program is about representation. Our Medellín factory is available if a style sells and you want to produce it with us.
The clock starts at shipment, not when the order is written. Before you sign we show you the timeline: order, shipment, invoice, payment on the buyer’s terms. Many US brands use factoring to be paid sooner, and we will point you to the options.
