Private label means your name on the garment and ours nowhere. We took that literally: an NDA before your first sketch, no client logos on our website, and a showroom that only opens by appointment.
Behind that privacy is a full-package process: development, patterns, sampling, fabric sourcing, cutting, sewing, labels, packing and air freight to Los Angeles.
Up to 3 colors inside that minimum, sizes mixed. From 100 to 149 units we run a small batch at +35%; below 100 we develop and sample.
Medellín to Los Angeles door to door, in days rather than the weeks of sea freight from Asia.
With a valid certificate of origin. Colombian apparel is not duty free. Chinese apparel runs 36 to 52%.
What full package includes
One plan and one person accountable, from the first reference to the last carton.
Production is 150 units per style, 50% deposit and 50% before shipping.
Tech pack, pattern, grading, three fit rounds and a costed quote at two or three fabric levels.
Fabrics and trims sourced and approved with you, with swatches before production.
Cutting, sewing, finishing, woven labels and hangtags, packing, and quality control at 0.5 mm.
Air freight door to door to Los Angeles in 3 to 5 days, with the certificate of origin handled for you.

Questions buyers ask first
What is the minimum order for a private label line?
150 units per style, split across up to 3 colors, sizes mixed freely. From 100 to 149 units we run a small batch (up to 2 colors, at a +35% short-run surcharge on list price). Below 100 units there is no production run, but we can do the development and the physical sample, which are yours to keep.
Is the Los Angeles showroom open to walk-ins?
No. The showroom at the California Market Center, suite C600, is by appointment only, so that your samples, sketches and name stay private. Request an appointment through the form and we will confirm a time.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, before your first sketch. We also never publish our clients, so you will not find your brand on our website or social accounts unless you ask us to.
How long does it take?
Development and the physical sample take about 4 weeks, with three fit rounds included in the sample fee. Production takes 6 to 8 weeks from an approved sample and a received deposit. Air freight adds 3 to 5 days to Los Angeles.
Is Colombian apparel duty free into the United States?
No. As of August 2026 Colombian apparel enters the United States at 12.5% with a valid certificate of origin, subject to change. Apparel from China runs about 36 to 52%. The certificate is the difference, so we handle it with your order.
Are you a factory in Los Angeles?
No. We develop with you in Los Angeles and produce in Medellín, Colombia, full package. That is why the price makes sense at 150 units: you pay Los Angeles rates only for the work done in Los Angeles.
Will you show my brand as a client?
Never without your written request. We do not publish client names or logos, on the web or on social.
What are the payment terms?
Development is paid in advance. Production is 50% deposit and 50% balance before shipping.
