A Tulum host takes you through every collection in the showroom, one after the other, and answers for the brands.

We write the wholesale order with you. Depending on the brand, that means in-stock styles that ship in days, pre-book for the next season, or both.
Reorders go through the same host, so you never have to chase a label across time zones.

Air freight from Colombia takes 3 to 5 days door to door, not the weeks of sea freight from Asia.
Orders are placed with the brands themselves. Minimums and terms are set by each brand and confirmed before you commit.
Visits are by appointment, so you see the line without a crowd and decide at your own pace.

Do I need an appointment?
Yes. The showroom is open by appointment only, and a Tulum host accompanies every visitor. Request a time with the form below and we will confirm it.
What can I see?
Curated Colombian apparel lines, mainly swimwear, resort wear, activewear and contemporary clothing. The assortment changes as brands join, so tell us what you buy for and we will tell you what is on the floor.
Can I buy in-stock and pre-book?
Depending on the brand, both: in-stock styles that ship in days by air, and pre-book orders for the next season. We tell you which applies to each line.
What are the minimums and payment terms?
Each brand sets its own minimums and terms. We confirm them in writing before you place an order.
What about import duties?
As of August 2026 Colombian apparel enters the United States at 12.5% with a valid certificate of origin, subject to change. Apparel from China runs about 36 to 52%. We explain the certificate at your appointment.
What should I bring?
Your store or company details and, for a first order, your business documentation. We tell you exactly what when we confirm the appointment.

Tulum Fashions USA LLC, a Los Angeles company. It represents the brands and writes the orders. Our manufacturing business, Tulum Fashions S.A.S., is a separate company in Medellín.
